Delivery
We offer a simple delivery service to the UK, using Royal Mail Signed For for most of our deliveries; larger orders will be sent by courier. Free delivery is offered for orders to Mainland UK of £50 and over. Orders under £50 will have an additional cost of £5 for delivery.
Standard Delivery will take between 3-7 days for items in stock.
For Europe and Rest of World, please email me at sev@sevakzargarian.com to arrange delivery.
All items on our website are individually made by hand and sometimes there may be slight differences in size, shape, colour, weight and finish. These variations are indicative of the material and the handmade processes, so please bear this in mind when ordering.

Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase, please email sev@sevakzargarian.com and let us know that you would like a refund and we will help you with the return. Please let us know within 7 days of receipt that you would like a refund or within 48hs if the goods are damaged or faulty.
Please note that items from Sales and Seconds Sales cannot be refunded.
Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of returning unwanted products to us, nor refund the initial delivery cost. Please also ask for proof of posting when returning items to us for your records, as we cannot be held responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit.
We will process any refund due to you within 30 days of the day we receive your return in a resalable condition. We will aim to make refunds using the same method used by you to pay for your purchase.
